How does PLRS work?

When you call the Premier Legal Referral Services, you will speak with a counselor who is experienced in analyzing potential legal problems like yours. PLRS counselors are not lawyers and therefore, cannot give legal advice over the phone. They are very experienced however, in determining whether your situation requires the services of a lawyer, or, if another type of assistance may better serve your needs.

If a lawyer's advice is recommended, you will be given the name and telephone number of a licensed, insured and experienced attorney who can help you. Our counselors will consider your specific legal problem, as well as your location and language requirements in order to make the most appropriate and convenient referral possible.

To enable our staff to provide the proper assistance,

Our PLRS counselors are available between 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. All communication is held in the strictest confidence. Remember, you are under no obligation to retain the attorney to whom you are referred.
